Non-Custodial — we never access your private keys
Minimal Data — we only collect what's necessary
No Tracking — no invasive analytics or ads

Rhyzlo collects minimal information necessary to provide our services:

  • Public wallet addresses: only when you submit them for token lookup or trustline operations
  • Transaction references: references for trustline operations and escrow transactions
  • Basic analytics: anonymous usage data to improve the service (e.g., feature usage, error rates)

2. What We Don't Collect

We are committed to your privacy. We never collect:

  • Private keys or seed phrases
  • Personal identification information
  • Email addresses (unless you contact us)
  • IP addresses for tracking purposes
  • Browsing history or cross-site data

3. How We Use Information

The information we collect is used solely to:

  • Process your trustline requests
  • Perform risk assessments on tokens
  • Improve service reliability and features
  • Detect and prevent abuse or fraud

4. Data Storage & Security

Transaction data is stored temporarily to fulfill requests and is automatically deleted after a reasonable period. We use industry-standard security measures to protect any data we process.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use minimal cookies and local storage for:

  • Theme preferences (light/dark mode)
  • Wallet connection state during your current browser session

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

6. Third-Party Services

We interact with several external services to provide Rhyzlo:

  • XRP Ledger network: all blockchain data queried is publicly available by nature
  • Umami Analytics: a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies, does not track individual users, and does not share data with third-party advertisers
  • Cloudflare Turnstile: used for bot protection on certain actions. Cloudflare may process limited request data to verify you are a real person. No personal data is stored by Rhyzlo from this process
  • Wallet providers: when you connect a wallet (Xaman, GemWallet, Crossmark, or Joey), the connection is handled by that wallet's own service. We send unsigned transactions to the wallet for your approval. We never receive or store your private keys

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Know what data we have about you
  • Request deletion of any stored data
  • Opt out of analytics (where applicable)
