1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Rhyzlo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Rhyzlo provides tools to help users interact with the XRP Ledger, including:
- Token risk assessment and verification (0 to 100 scoring based on over 20 on-chain checks)
- Token search and discovery
- Trustline creation and management
- Trustline cleanup tools
- Token escrow services (0.5% fee per transaction)
- Shareable direct links to token risk reports
- Embeddable widget for token issuers
Certain actions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse of the Service.
3. Non-Custodial Nature
Rhyzlo is a non-custodial service. We never have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and funds.
4. Risk Disclaimer
Risk scores are generated from publicly available on-chain data and are informational only. A low score does not mean a token is safe, and a high score does not guarantee it is a scam. We cannot guarantee the safety or legitimacy of any token or issuer. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Always do your own research before proceeding. Rhyzlo does not provide financial advice.
5. Payments and Refunds
Core tools including trustline creation and risk assessment are free to use. Paid services such as token escrow (0.5% fee) are processed on-chain in XRP. All paid transactions are non-refundable once submitted to the XRP Ledger, as blockchain transactions are irreversible by nature. Optional community donations are also accepted at the donor's discretion and are non-refundable.
6. Limitation of Liability
Rhyzlo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the Service or interaction with the XRP Ledger.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
